Hey there! I’m writing this week’s newsletter to you from a very cold Birmingham!

I checked into my hotel a few hours ago and they left the window open and it is friggin’ freezing. As soon as I hit send on this newsletter, I’m running straight to Nando’s for some heat! 🌶️

Now I’ve mentioned that… I actually think I have a Red reward on my Nando’s card (woohoo!), so it’ll be a nice cheap dinner and I’ll pay for the remaining balance on a gift card to get cashback (double woohoo!).

I’ll buy the gift card on the JamDoughnut app (I have a guide to using JamDoughnut here) as it’s 7.1% cashback, so I’m basically saving 7.1% on my bill.

Those small every day savings with cashback really do add up!

💰 Get Paid To Walk

You can get paid to walk. Yup, you read that right!

Most people don’t know this, but there’s a bunch of free apps that will literally pay you to walk! So if you’re running errands, aiming for 10K steps or walking your dog, you could be earning money or gift cards for this.

I’ve just finished writing a guide about the walking apps I recommend on my website which you can check out below.

My personal favourite one is Biscuit - I’ve earned over £200 in vouchers from using it!

📱 Lebara 42p Sim Card with 50GB Data

You can get a SIM card for 42p per month for 8 months… YES only 42p!! This offer is from Lebara, it’s available for new customers and you should be able to port your existing mobile number over.

So for 42p, you’ll get all of these monthly allowances:

• 50GB 4G and 5G data

• Unlimited UK minutes

• Unlimited UK texts

• 100 international minutes from the UK to over 50 countries

• Roaming at no extra cost in EU, India and China

The best part is, it’s a 30 day rolling contract so you’re not tied in. Once you’re reach the end of your 8 months, your plan will increase to £9.90 per month (which is still a great price!) or you can switch to another network.

The Lebara network runs off Vodafone so you should have good coverage. I was with Lebara about 2 years ago (they had a 1p/month deal back then!!) and I did notice the internet was slightly slower than my previous network, but you just can’t complain with that price!

🛒 £5 Off £10 Shop at Lidl

You can get £5 off a £10 shop at Lidl via the Lidl Plus app.

This deal is limited to only these 12 stores (gutted it’s not in my local store!): Anglia, Berwick, Bovey Tracey, Caterham, Chessington, Connahs, Downham, Forest Gate, Heathway, Hemel Hempstead, Hoxtonm Stirchley

If one of the stores listed above is near you, then here’s how to get the deal:

1. Open the Lidl Plus app

2. On the home screen, make sure one of the stores listed above is showing there. If not, tap ‘More >’ and change your location to one of those stores above.

3. Go to ‘Coupons For You’ and scroll to the bottom, your £5 off £10 spend should be showing there.

4. Activate the coupon and scan it in store. It looks like you’ll have 7 days to use it.

🛍️ TopCashback Guide + £10 Bonus

If you aren’t using TopCashback, you’re probably overpaying for most of your online shopping (and missing out on a £10 welcome bonus!)

TopCashback is one of my favourite cashback apps/websites because they’ve partnered with thousands of brands so you can save money on your purchases - from groceries and hotels, to beauty products and car insurance.

To give you an example, in the last month I’ve earned this amount of cashback:

• Accor hotels = £28.26, £4.32, £3.66 (3 different bookings)

• JustEat = £0.59

• Argos = £4.39

• Boots = £0.77

• Dryrobe = £4.33

• My Protein = £1.70

• Pandora = £0.48

In total, that’s £48.50 I’ve earned in cashback just for doing my normal online shopping and booking hotels! Sure, it’s not going to make you rich but I’d much rather have that £48 back in my pocket, especially as it only adds on 20 seconds to my shopping process.
