Yesterday, I was chatting on my Instagram stories about feeling a little bit lonely this week, after moving from Glasgow to St Albans. It seemed to resonate with lots of you because making friends as you get older is toughhhh! 🥲

• Find a good co-working spot if you work remotely

• Go to Park Run on Saturdays, a sports club or classes

• Look on event noticeboards in cafes and supermarkets

• Join local Facebook groups for events like free walking groups

So today, I’ve joined a gym and booked a couple of classes for tonight. I’m going to aim to do these same classes weekly and hopefully get to know other regulars too.

And I’m also going to try Park Run this weekend… mainly sharing this here for accountability, so if you don’t see a Park Run story on Saturday you have permission to shout at me on Instagram!! I haven’t done park run since January so wish me luck 🤣

❤️ Pyjama Short Set

Okay, these aren’t on sale but I had to share them with you anyway as I think they’re great value…

I got this pyjama short set a few months ago and they’re my favourite PJs ever. The material is soft, stretchy and comfortable and they wash really well too. I’ve got them in the light blue and navy, but there’s 8 colours to choose from and size XS-XXL. Mine are size XL if that helps you with sizing.

I personally think they look much more expensive than they actually are and I love the cute frill detail on the shorts and the sleeves.
